Responsibilities: * Develop and champion innovative financial strategies that align with the bank's overall strategic goals. * Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning, and reporting. * Lead the preparation and presentation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. * Manage financial risk and develop strategies to mitigate potential financial exposures. * Provide financial analysis and insights to support key business decisions. * Oversee the investment of funds and manage the bank's assets. * Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and investors. * Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and policies. * Drive the implementation of technology and process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA/CFA designation is preferred. * Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the banking or financial services industry. * In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing finance team. * Experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. * Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. * Ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders. * Experience with implementing financial technology and process improvements.
