Our client, the Haecky Group, based in Reinach/BL, has stood for enjoyment and quality for around 100 years. The corporate group combines well-known national and international brands with its own production and a wide range of high-quality food and spirits. With around 300 employees and four locations in Switzerland, Haecky is today an established and successful Swiss family business.

The CFO position is being newly filled as part of a succession plan. We are tasked with approaching a compelling and financially strong leader for the role of

CFO

You will have overall responsibility for Finance, Controlling, and ICT and will report directly to the Group CEO. Together with your team, you will ensure professional financial management and be responsible for financial statements and consolidation according to Swiss GAAP FER, planning and budgeting, liquidity and investment controlling, as well as meaningful steering and reporting instruments. As a sparring partner to the CEO, you will actively contribute your perspective to strategic issues and projects. Another focus lies on the digitalization and further development of corporate processes and group synergies. In doing so, you will combine business management understanding with a good sense for processes, organization, and the needs of the business.

You have a higher education in Finance and Accounting or Business Administration and several years of experience in a comparable management role. You are familiar with the SME environment and ideally have experience from a manufacturing company, preferably from the food or consumer goods industry. IT affinity, experience with SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP transformations, and competence in managing digitalization projects are desired. As an entrepreneurially thinking personality, you combine technical expertise with a pronounced hands-on mentality and drive even complex topics forward pragmatically and solution-oriented. You lead clearly and appreciatively, communicate at eye level, and know how to bring different interests together.
