As CFO, you will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy of the organization while overseeing all financial operations. Your responsibilities will include managing financial planning and forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, you will lead financial audits, manage cash flow, and provide guidance on financial matters to senior management. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, as well as maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, accounting, and financial planning, with experience in managing financial operations and leading cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is required, and an MBA or CPA certification would be highly desirable.
