Job description
DS Group is seeking an accomplished CFO to provide strategic financial leadership to its Confectionery Division Role Highlights: Strategic partner to the Board and senior leadership on financial strategy, capital allocation, pricing, and margin enhancement Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management aligned to business goals Oversee finance, accounting, Ind-AS compliance, audits, internal controls, and governance frameworks Manage taxation, treasury, working capital, cash flow, and risk management Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies Develop and maintain relationships with key financial institutions, banks, and other stakeholders Provide strategic guidance on M&A opportunities, joint ventures, and partnerships Collaborate with the business to identify and prioritize initiatives that drive growth, profitability, and value creation Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance function
