CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

A Global Talent, recruitment and career management consultancy, specialized in the real estate and infrastructure markets, is advising Poti S/A, a construction company, on the search for a CFO, responsible for managing cash flow, funding, relationships with banks, funds, and partners in Itapema-SC.

Summary of activities:

• Structuring and implementing a financial restructuring plan, renegotiating debts and reorganizing liabilities;
• Developing alternative funding strategies (debentures, CRIs, FIDCs, structured funds);
• Managing relationships with banks, investors, strategic partners, and incorporators;
• Controlling cash flow, valuation, and short-term, medium-term, and long-term financial analyses;
• Acting close to the board and high-level management, supporting strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Solid experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or equivalent position, preferably in construction companies, real estate developers, or infrastructure firms;
• Strong knowledge of structured credit operations and alternative funding (debentures, CRI, FIDC);
• Proven experience in financial and operational restructuring;
• High-level negotiation skills with banks, funds, and investors;
• Strategic profile, resilient, hands-on, and with a broad business vision, able to act under pressure;
