Job description
A German-based company with a global presence in the industrial sector, specializing in solutions for the automotive industry, is looking for talented professionals to join its team. Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred). - Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in the automotive industry (direct collaboration with local OEMs, and understanding of the internal processes and structures of the automotive industry). - Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Certifications: Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or CFP are desirable. - Language: Proficiency in English and German is required. - Additional qualifications: Experience with financial planning and budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis is an advantage. - Benefits: The company offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
