CFO Advisory - Senior

Our CFO Advisory activity supports Financial Departments, executives, and investors in various contexts: mergers and integration, separations, and finance function transformation programs.

To support its strong growth, we are currently looking for Senior Consultants (2 to 4 years of experience).

The CFO Advisory team in Paris currently has 25 employees, coming from audit and consulting firms or from industry.

By joining us, you will primarily intervene in the following contexts:

• Definition / implementation of the finance function's operational model (organization, processes, tools)

• Implementation of Reporting / Performance Management tools and processes

• Strategic Planning / Budget / Business Plan / Cash Flow Forecast

• Financial Analysis (profitability, margins) and Operational Performance Analysis

• Transformation and digitalization of accounting and financial processes

• Integration of the finance function within the framework of Mergers/Acquisitions

We are looking for profiles with 2 to 4 years of experience, from Business Schools, Engineering Schools, or University backgrounds (Master's in Finance / CCA).

You have significant experience within a major audit firm, and you wish to transition to a consulting activity where you can leverage your knowledge operationally.

Or you have experience in corporate / industrial management control and wish to enrich your experience by addressing other issues related to the functioning of a financial department and other sectors.

You possess recognized interpersonal and analytical skills. Curious, dynamic, you demonstrate teamwork and are fluent in English for your assignments (proficiency in a second foreign language would be a plus). You are motivated by the challenge of working in high-stakes contexts and expanding your skills in both financial and operational dimensions.
