As a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT), you will have the opportunity to work with a talented multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art facility. Responsibilities: Provide respiratory therapy services to patients, including but not limited to: administering oxygen therapy, performing pulmonary function tests, and conducting cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care. Requirements: Current CRT certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) or equivalent. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred. One year of experience as a CRT, with at least 6 months of experience working in an acute care setting. Ability to lift and move patients and equipment up to 50 pounds. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
