As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you’ll be an essential part of our team, providing hands-on care that enhances the well-being and comfort of our residents. • Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility

• Ensure residents’ living spaces remain clean, safe, and comfortable

• Set up resident rooms with necessary supplies, including blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment

• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes to the nursing team, and maintain accurate documentation

• Encourage social interaction and emotional well-being among residents

• Work in accordance with state, local, and federal healthcare regulations

• Collaborate with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the highest level of care

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Active and unrestricted New Jersey CNA certification

• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required

• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to quality resident care

• Competitive pay: $20.50-$24.00 per hour, based on experience

• Shift differential offered for 3-11p and 11-7a shifts

• Waive benefits for additional $3.00 per hour

• Flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available
