The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and caring individual who is passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities: • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. • Assist with vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. • Administer medications as directed by the physician. • Document resident care and vital signs accurately and thoroughly. • Participate in care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans. • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including the handling of linens and laundry. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines. • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
