- Ensure the quality of wheel, transmission, and motor sensors with correct production line release, monitoring, and analysis of controls established in the Control Plan, ensuring product quality by applying Quality System requirements.
- Capture characteristics requiring process control statistical determination and notify immediately if these are outside control limits to the Quality Engineer and, in case of discrepancy, apply the reaction plan and stop the station or line if operation instruction is not followed, procedures, and policies of the Quality System.
- Detection of workstations with certification in case of non-compliance; stop operation.
- Acceptance and/or product release criteria.
