We are seeking a passionate Certificate III Educator to join our warm and supportive team at our beautiful Lisarow centre. This is a full-time position. Why you’ll love working with us

About the Role

• Support and facilitate engaging learning experiences for your allocated group
• Work collaboratively with your room team and the wider centre
• Build warm, professional relationships with families
• Contribute to planning, documentation and evaluation of programs
• Help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and supervision

About You

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
• Availability Monday-Friday on a rotating roster
• Understanding of the NQF, including the NQS, EYLF and National Regulations
• Ability to build genuine, caring relationships with children and families
• Strong communication skills written and verbal
• Current Working With Children Check
• First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
