Cert III Educator- Caringbah | $33- $38 an hour super

The Role We are seeking a dedicated Certificate III Educator to join our team. This role involves supporting children’s learning through play-based programs, working closely with experienced educators, and contributing to a caring and stimulating environment.

This is a permanent part-time or full-time opportunity with flexible shifts available.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of engaging, age-appropriate educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Ensure children’s safety and wellbeing at all times
• Contribute to documentation and observations under the guidance of Room Leaders and the Educational Leader
• Collaborate with the team to reflect on and improve daily practice
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inclusive learning environment

✅ About You

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)
• Current Working With Children Check (NSW)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
• Passionate about working with young children and committed to their development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS preferred, but not essential (training provided)
