Mauri Tau CEP Kaimahi
We’re seeking a passionate Registered Social Worker (or working towards registration)/CEP Kaimahi to join our Mauri Tau team. You’ll work alongside clients and whānau to enhance wellbeing, promote recovery, and encourage participation in iwi, hapū, and community activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver culturally appropriate, client-focused mental health and addiction services.
- Inform clients and whānau of their rights and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with interagency partners for best outcomes.
- Ensure professional, competent assessments and case management.
- Uphold Ngāi Te Rangitanga in all aspects of service delivery.
About You
- Registered Social Worker (or actively working towards registration).
- Strong understanding of kaupapa Māori and whānau-centred practice.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to professional standards and collaborative practice.
