Aufgaben

Your Tasks

• Total responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of the company group
• Development and consistent implementation of sustainable growth and innovation strategies
• Steering and further development of the areas Sales, Strategy, Organizational Development, Communication, Sustainability, and Research & Development
• Closely working together with CFO, COO, Shareholders, and Advisory Board
• Identifying and exploring new markets, applications, and growth potential
• Further development of the international organization regarding scalability, efficiency, and future viability
• Representation of the company vis-à-vis customers, partners, and other relevant market participants
• Fostering a modern, performance-oriented, and value-based corporate culture

Qualification

Your Profile

• SUCCESSFUL completion of technical studies, ideally supplemented by business administration further education (e.g. Executive MBA)
• Multiple years of experience in a leading management function within an industrial environment, preferably with a technological background
• Fundamental knowledge of technology-driven markets, ideally in the fields of special chemicals, technical wood products or comparable industries
• Demonstrable successes in sustainable growth, profitability, and company development
• High market and sales orientation as well as an excellent sense for customer needs
• Entrepreneurial personality with strategic competence and a hands-on mentality
• Experience in international organizational structures and intercultural competence
• Ideal experience in transformation processes, value-enhancement programs, and M&A projects
• Solid German and English language skills
• Sovereign communication in an predominantly English-speaking business environment
• International travel readiness
