NG Mobility Pty Ltd is an Australian mobility and lifestyle business based in Brisbane, operating across retail, e-commerce and distribution. The business is established, commercially active and continuing to grow.

We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead the business on a full-time, ongoing basis. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for strategy, operations and overall commercial performance.

The role requires someone comfortable working in a growing business environment, combining strategic decision-making with day-to-day operational oversight.

Key responsibilities

Lead the business across retail, online and wholesale channels

Set and execute business strategy and growth plans

Oversee financial performance, budgeting and reporting

Manage supplier, partner and key commercial relationships

Ensure compliance with Australian regulatory and commercial requirements

Lead and support a small, growing team

Skills and experience

Senior management or executive experience

Strong commercial and operational understanding

Experience leading or scaling a business

Practical, hands-on leadership style

Strong communication and decision-making skills

Salary: $180,000 – $220,000 per year + super
