For many years, the Stiftung Heimstätten has been committed to the participation and quality of life of people with disabilities in the Wil region. With around 160 employees, the foundation offers a diverse range of housing, work, and day structure services and stands for a respectful togetherness as well as professional support for its clients. Due to retirement, we are looking for an entrepreneurially thinking and value-oriented leader as

CEO (m/f/d)

• Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of the foundation
• Further development of the organization and shaping of change and development processes
  in close collaboration with the foundation board and management
• Promotion of a value-oriented leadership and corporate culture as well as targeted development
  of managers and employees
• Responsibility for sustainable corporate success, finances, and quality
• Representation of the foundation towards authorities, politics, and other stakeholders

• Higher education or advanced training in business administration, management, or equivalent
• Several years of leadership experience at a general management level in an organization of similar size
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as sound business and strategic competence
• Experience in organizational development and the implementation of change processes
• Authentic personality with high leadership, communication, and social competence

• Meaningful leadership role with direct societal impact
• High degree of creative freedom and decision-making authority
• Collaboration with a dedicated foundation board and an experienced management team
