An established software company in the B2B environment seeks an entrepreneurial thinking personality, who takes responsibility and develops the organization strategically and operationally. The company has a long-standing market position, an international customer base, and offers through its lean organization much scope for design. We are looking for a CEO who thinks strategically and works operationally, creates clear structures and shapes the next development phase together with the team.

The location is in Northern Bavaria | Greater Nuremberg area with regular presence on site.

This role is aimed at personalities who want to take responsibility and have fun shaping a company actively.

Aufgaben

• Strategic further development of the company, including definition of annual goals and enterprise priorities
• Responsibility for business management, financial planning, as well as monthly and annual reporting
• Further development of organizational structures and processes, to increase efficiency and transparency in the company
• Guidance of central sales activities and support for international partner structures
• Support for operational sales processes from offer creation to pre-sales activities
• Leadership and further development of the existing team, as well as promotion of a clear and responsible collaboration
• Close cooperation with product development and technology, to pragmatically implement technological decisions
• Active role as an entrepreneurial interface between product, market, and organization

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of leadership experience in a software company or comparable responsibility at the executive level
• Experience in leading organizations through change phases and developing existing structures further
• Agile working method as well as the ability to actively drive transformation and progress pragmatically
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a clear hands-on mentality and willingness to work operationally
• Strong process thinking and solid business understanding
• High affinity to technology and genuine interest in integrating AI and modern technologies meaningfully into organizations
• Pleasure in working in smaller organizations with short decision-making paths and taking responsibility directly
• Fluent German and English skills
