We are looking for a solution to Germany's biggest problem in entrepreneurship: succession planning. With a new, revolutionary approach, we ensure the succession of some of the approximately 1 million companies that will or must regulate their succession this decade. We guarantee that all parties involved benefit from our solution: outgoing and incoming entrepreneurs, as well as employees.

We are looking for talented leaders to take over the management and ownership of an established company with a revenue size between €2 million and €10 million per year. We expect you to bring your talent and sustainable engagement without requiring any personal investment.

We understand ourselves as talent finders without prejudice. To find the ideal solution for the succession of our target companies, we use personality profiles and cultural matching. Who really fits which company will be decided on a case-by-case basis during the placement.

Therefore, we are looking for talented future CEOs who can lead people and take responsibility for results. Our own developed training program closes any gaps that may exist, and our support after deployment supports individual tasks and continuous exchange.

What are your responsibilities?

• Leading an established company with a revenue size between €1 million and €10 million per year, typically with 12 to 40 employees
• Creating and/or strengthening a corporate culture and pioneering spirit through engaged and empathetic leadership
• Fulfilling full responsibility for your company's results with a focus on GuV and cash flow
• Introducing necessary modernization with our support, e.g., by introducing improved systems and processes
• Serving as the first point of contact for important customers and/or suppliers of the company, building key relationships and connections
• Advocate for the company's involvement: we will also give all your employees real shares in the company, which then grow annually in value - this makes it easier for you to start, and you ensure that the necessary motivational boost reaches the team through transparent communication
• Closely collaborating with our Operations Team, especially during the initial phase of the transformation
• Design freedom for growth and change within the company, where all employees are taken along on the journey

Qualification

• At least 5 years of proven leadership experience for at least 5 employees, at least 10 years of general professional experience
• At least conversational German skills
• Experience in corporate management or financial responsibility is a plus
• Industry experience or state-recognized certifications are each a plus
• Willingness to engage sustainably - taking on such a role is not just a career step, the company will grow annually through shares in your company, so it's a long-term commitment
