Job description
Position : Club CEO PLEASE NOTE : The client is looking for a golfer with relevant GM / CEO experience in hospitality or golf. This position reports to the President of the Club and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of club operations, which include and not limited to Clubhouse, F&B, Finance, Golf Operations, Golf Course, Padel, Play Area and Lifestyle Centre. The candidate will need to demonstrate seasoned leadership skills in developing a coherent culture with clarity, vision, value-based decision-making, and a strong sense of responsibility for the overall success of the club. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and ability to build strong relationships with members, staff, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment.
