Job description
We are looking for an experienced entrepreneur as CEO/ Geschäftsführer (m/w/d) for a well-established and profitable B2B distribution company with its headquarters in the Metropolitan Region of Hamburg.
The company has a strong market position, long-standing international partnerships, and a healthy financial basis. In the coming years, the focus will be on sustainably securing profitability as well as targeted further development of the business model; particularly through the expansion of digital structures and additional service and logistics services.
Tasks
A long-term key role with great entrepreneurial design freedom is being offered in a well-established and successful environment.
Qualification
We are looking for a leadership personality with proven experience in the overall responsibility of a mid-sized company, ideally in B2B wholesale, distribution, or a comparable environment. In addition to entrepreneurial thinking, above all, result-oriented, operational strength, and the ability to further develop mature organizations are crucial. A high technical understanding and experience with transformation projects are also critical for the role.
