CEO / General Manager – Industrial HVAC Company

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing a B2B sales system, transitioning from reactive sales to proactive strategic partnerships.
• Extending distribution networks and developing industrial and production contracts in lohn.
• Direct involvement in negotiations and closing key contracts.
• Coordinating daily operations, including production, services, finance, and HR.
• Managing P&L, cash flow, and prioritizing investments, ensuring legal and administrative compliance.
• Buiding an organizational culture based on responsibility and performance, clarifying roles and processes.
• Developing the management team and transparent reporting to shareholders.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in top management roles, with a demonstrated history of growth and commercial development.
• B2B experience in HVAC, industrial equipment, or technical services.
• Strong P&L management skills and solid technical understanding.
• A results-oriented approach with a hands-on and pragmatic mindset.
