Tasks

As the company enters its next development phase, we are seeking a CEO who will lead the company, strengthen the operational foundation, and promote sustainable growth. The position combines overall leadership of the company with strong operational orientation. As CEO, you will take full responsibility for leading and delivering the company's performance. Your main focus lies on operational excellence, organizational leadership, and scalable business processes. At the same time, you will work closely with the engaged shareholders and experienced advisory board to steer the strategic development of the company. You will lead the company through its next growth phase and ensure that the business is run with engagement, strong implementation, and customer orientation.

Qualification

• Excellent education with profound knowledge in areas such as operations, supply chain, production, or branch management
• Experience in an exposed leadership and/or operational position
• Demonstrable success in leading or expanding companies with multiple locations and complex business processes
• Experience in the food service industry, hotel industry, retail, logistics, or comparable sectors
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills that create a positive, open, and performance-oriented environment
• Demonstrable experience in leading complex workflows, budgets, and scalable systems
• Very good business sense and profound knowledge of operational KPIs
• Able to initiate and implement changes within the company
• A strong sense of responsibility and a strong implementation orientation
• Pragmatic, decisive, and solution-oriented
• A strong leadership presence paired with humility and team orientation
• Able to lead organizations through change and growth phases
• Able to analyze data, recognize trends, and make informed decisions to improve business efficiency
