CEO D2C Fashion-Marke (m/w/d)

We are looking for a CEO (m/w/d) for our customer, a growing D2C fashion brand with a financially strong investor behind it. The company already generates revenues in the two-digit million range, and now we want to take the step from startup to scaleup.

You have built or led an e-commerce brand, know seasonal business and performance numbers from everyday life, and are looking for the next step? Then this is a exciting opportunity for you.

Tasks

You will take over the overall leadership of the company in all areas and bear full responsibility for the business results. You will report directly to the shareholders and shape the direction of the next years with them.

• E-Commerce & Performance – You build online shop, performance marketing, and analytics specifically and steer the business through clear key figures.
• Product & Range – You set up the product range according to fashion and seasonal cycles, optimize product development, and find new strategic business fields for the company.
• Growth & Markets – You build DACH as a profitable core market and lay the foundation for internationalization in the next step.
• Team & Culture – You develop the existing team further and create a performance culture with clear goals and a binding annual plan.

Qualification

• E-Commerce Experience – You have built or led an e-commerce company, as founder, CEO, or in the first line of a D2C brand, ideally in the fashion sector with seasonal business.
• Data-Based Leadership – You have steered a business through clear key figures and know which levers really count in online shop and performance marketing.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit – You win team, customers, and shareholders for your cause and remain calm even in demanding phases.
• English – You communicate confidently with international partners.
