We are hiring for a leading NGO! Responsibilities: Shape multi year strategy balancing innovation and operational excellence. Chief ambassador with government, donors, media, and sector forums. Strengthen relationships with existing donors and secure new, multi-year funding. Lead and grow a high-performing, values-driven team and develop next-generation leaders. Ensure interventions are impactful, evidence-based and scalable. Work closely with the board to ensure compliance, transparency, and stewardship of resources.
