Centre of Excellence, Head/Director

ROLE PURPOSE Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director, COE will define, build, and execute the company’s long-term technology and capability roadmap for precision tooling, mould design, and advanced manufacturing. This role exists to transform technical expertise into business value: enabling faster time-to-market, superior product reliability, and structural cost efficiency. As the senior-most technical leader in the organization, the position will act as a bridge between engineering depth and business acumen, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Director, COE will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive technology strategy, identifying and prioritizing key initiatives, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. This role will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the CEO, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams. The Director, COE will be expected to provide thought leadership, strategic guidance, and technical expertise to drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in precision tooling, mould design, and advanced manufacturing, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and driving business value through technology. The Director, COE will be a key member of the company’s leadership team, providing strategic input and guidance to drive the company’s overall business strategy.
