Responsible for all functions normally expected from a Centre Manager or that is requested by the Management. Preparation of the various schedules for the Management pack. Prepare, check and distribution of the monthly tenant statements for PC and Anchor Industrial Park. Responsible for leasing queries/ vacancies and any other related matters. Ensure that all Centre Managers are aware of their responsibilities and accountabilities. Provide support to the Centre Manager in ensuring that all centre operations run smoothly. Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as required by Management. Ensure that all centre staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities. Responsible for the overall management of the shopping centre, including but not limited to: Centre Manager, Centre Assistant, Security, Cleaning, Maintenance, and other support services. Provide guidance and support to the Centre Assistant in ensuring that all centre operations run smoothly. Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as required by Management.
