We’re looking for a hands-on Centre Director to join our beautiful boutique long day care centre in Greystanes — a place that truly feels like home.

About the role

This is a working Centre Director role, ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.

You’ll be:

Counted in ratio and working on the floor

Actively engaging with children, families, and educators every day

Leading by example through play, connection, and strong practice

Supporting and mentoring educators as they grow

Managing day-to-day operations with guidance and support

Ensuring compliance with the NQF while building quality practice

About you

You’re passionate, motivated, and ready for more responsibility. You’ll bring:

An approved Early Childhood qualification (as recognised by ACECQA)

Experience as a 2IC, Assistant Director, or Educational Leader

A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF

A genuine love for play-based, child-led learning

Confidence, initiative, and a “let’s give it a go” mindset

A warm leadership style and great communication skills
