The Central Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets • Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery • Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues • Managing project risks and mitigating potential problems • Collaborating with the construction team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Maintaining accurate records of project progress, costs, and timelines • Providing exceptional customer service by ensuring timely communication and resolution of any project-related issues. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in construction planning and management.
