Central Controlling Analyst

Location: Puebla, México About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented General Accountant with strong expertise in cost accounting and financial analysis to join our Finance & Accounting team. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements under IFRS , manage cost determination, budgeting, and reporting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across accounting processes. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports; Manage the process of determining costs and expenses; Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts; Drive continuous improvement initiatives in accounting processes; Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in financial reporting. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting and financial analysis; Strong knowledge of IFRS and Mexican GAAP; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
