Center Clinical Director, Associate

We’re rapidly expanding and we need great people to join our team. The Clinical Director will directly supervise and train primary care providers (PCPs) in his/her assigned center. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that the clinical operations of the center are running smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. This includes but is not limited to: • Developing and implementing clinical protocols and procedures; • Providing guidance and support to PCPs on patient care and treatment options; • Collaborating with other center leaders to develop and implement strategic plans for the center; • Building strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners; • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction; • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient encounters and clinical activities. The ideal candidate will have a Doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., medicine, nursing, public health) and at least 5 years of experience working in a primary care setting.
