Job description

You will be part of the Customer Experience team and your objective will be to support our users by providing a unique and spectacular service, always striving for perfection so that our users can live the Kolors experience.

What you'll do ...

Provide service and follow-up to our users.
Solve each of the requests. Ensure 100% compliance with quality standards.
Achieve and meet metrics together with the team. Generate unique service experiences, exceeding user expectations.
Routine work and sales.
Provide alternative solutions to doubts, complaints or clarifications about our services.
Answer incoming and outgoing calls.
