Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES Demand/Enhancement Management Understand business requirement of store POS system: stakeholder identification; capture goals, pain points, and constraints Map as-is/to-be processes; identify gaps and impacts Coordinate with professional team for demands/enhancements delivery Execute UAT with market stakeholders and coordination for issue validation and fixing. Coordination for post go-live issue fixing and validation Get feedback from market stakeholder for benefits. Problem Management Identify root cause of issues and propose solutions to mitigate future occurrences.
