Cegeka - Document Analyst

We are looking for a Functional Analyst with experience in Alfresco, Papyrus and/or Scriptura for a business-critical document management environment within a large Belgian organization.


You will join a team responsible for document management within various internal software applications. Whenever a user performs an action that generates a document, this runs through a central document management platform. The solution supports document creation, storage, retention, and integrations with other internal systems.


The focus lies on modernization, optimization, and integration of existing solutions.





Your role





As a functional analyst, you will play a key role in:






Migrating legacy document management solutions





Integrating and further developing Alfresco





Optimizing existing software components and document flows





Maintaining quality, consistency, and end-to-end functionality of solutions




You will function as a bridge between business, IT, and various development teams and remain involved from concept to delivery.





Your responsibilities






Analyzing and elaborating on new features





Gathering, analyzing, and translating requirements into clear functional specifications





Aligning with development teams and other analysts around integrations and dependencies





Following up on implementation and quality control





Closely collaborating with various internal teams





Supporting the Product Owner







Your profile





Experience & knowledge






At least mid-level experience as a functional analyst





Demonstrable experience with Alfresco, Papyrus and/or Scriptura





Affinity with software development and integration projects





Insight into document flows, data streams, and system integrations
