CDS Views Developer

We are looking for an experienced person for a permanent position at a well-established and growing consulting firm in the SAP environment.

You will work in a technically strong team on challenging reporting and analytics solutions with a focus on Finance & Controlling and accompany customers in the further development of modern S/4HANA system landscapes.

The collaboration takes place fully remotely within Germany. Travel only falls to a very small extent.

Tasks

• Development, expansion, and optimization of ABAP CDS Views (Basic, Composite & Consumption Views)
• Implementation of Embedded Analytics scenarios in S/4HANA
• Conceptualization and implementation of reporting solutions in the FI/CO area
• Data modeling and performance optimization of analytical queries
• Coordination with departments (Accounting & Controlling) and technical project teams
• Support in defining reporting requirements and their technical implementation

Qualification

• Mult-year practical experience in developing ABAP CDS Views
• Very good knowledge of S/4HANA Embedded Analytics
• Experience in FI/CO reporting (e.g. cost center accounting, profit center accounting, result accounting)
• Understanding of data models, analytical queries, and reporting architectures
• OData services and Fiori reporting are advantageous
• Residence in Germany
• Good German language skills
