This role is designed for individuals who are new to the trucking industry or looking to advance their career as a professional driver. As a CDL-A Trainee, you will be responsible for learning and mastering the following key areas: • Safety procedures and protocols • Load securement and cargo handling • Vehicle inspection and maintenance • Time management and route planning • Communication skills and customer service • Compliance with regulations and company policies In addition to your on-the-job training, you will also participate in our comprehensive CDL-A training program.
