CDI - Senior Digital & Data Marketing Consultant – Paris

The Digital & Data Marketing Department at Artefact 

Within the Paris offices, Artefact France's Digital & Data Marketing team consists of 70 consultants whose role is to build the most effective digital marketing strategies for our clients' challenges, to deploy them, and to measure their performance. 

Depending on client needs, we will play a consulting role (strategy, performance diagnosis, operational model, roadmap, etc.) and/or an implementation role with campaign operations and ROI measurement deployment (attribution/incrementality/MMM).

These projects rely on complete expertise in marketing channels and platforms in Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, Retail Media, but also on advanced and rapidly developing expertise in GEO.

Who are we looking for?

In this context, we are looking for a digital & data marketing consultant to support our growth.

Main Responsibilities

The digital & data marketing consultant will lead, with significant autonomy, complete end-to-end projects. Located in client teams or in our Paris offices, they will be supervised by a direct manager (manager, director, partner) and may be responsible for mentoring junior consultants. 

Leading one or more project streams

• Ensure the delivery of a mission
• Identify blocking points and identify solutions
• Provide constructive feedback to junior team members

Production of mission deliverables

• Independently produce presentations (benchmarks, case/market studies, workshop decks, steerco sections) in horizontal collaboration with expert teams (Paid Social, Paid Search, etc.)
• Write storylines (key messages, content, media/activation/marketing strategy...)
• Prepare and facilitate interviews and workshops.

Client Relationship Management

• Build a relationship of trust with clients by ensuring best-in-class deliverable quality
• Demonstrate confidence in tender situations
• Identify potential business opportunities 

Profile:

• You have 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a digital & data marketing consulting firm or agency
• You have a profile with a 'business' x 'data' x 'marketing' culture 
• You are curious and passionate about topics related to data, marketing, and technological evolution.
• You have an analytical mindset and enjoy problem-solving. 
• You are proficient in: Google Suite/Office Suite, workshop tools.
• Experience with digital tools will be appreciated: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.
• Excellent communication skills (written/oral) in French and English are mandatory. 

Compensation Package: 45K fixed to 50K fixed (depending on profile) + 4K variable
