We are recruiting on behalf of a fiduciary firm based in Lausanne a Mandate Manager - Certified Auditor for 80-100%.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Independently manage limited audit mandates;
- Plan and carry out audit work;
- Ensure follow-up and maintain relationships with a clientele primarily composed of SMEs;
- Participate in the development of new mandates;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the quality system;
- Participate in the digitalization projects of the fiduciary firm;
- Eventually, coach and mentor junior profiles.

Profile sought:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a fiduciary firm;
- Certified Auditor ASR or Certified Audit Expert;
- Complete autonomy on limited audit mandates;
- Very good command of Swiss audit standards and legal requirements;
- Ease in client relations;
- Interest in digitalization, IT tools, and AI;
- Rigorous, autonomous, versatile profile with a good team spirit.
