You will be responsible for the overall assessment and care planning of residents in a care home for the elderly - Assess the health status of residents and develop personalized care plans - Provide prescribed technical care and manage administered treatments - Coordinate the interventions of the multidisciplinary team and supervise nursing assistants - Ensure clinical monitoring and emergency management within the facility - Promote the therapeutic education of residents and their families while ensuring the prevention of complications
And here are the terms of the offer:
- Contract: CDI (Permanent Contract)
- Salary: 16 euros /hour
