Within a home care facility, you will provide personalized nursing care to ensure the optimal well-being of patients.
- Assess patients' health status and establish appropriate care plans
- Administer prescribed treatments and medications with rigor and precision
- Collaborate with doctors and the care team to ensure coherent patient follow-up
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families while maintaining clear communication
- Ensure the management and monitoring of medical equipment necessary for patients' homes

The client is ready to offer the following conditions:
- Contract: PERMANENT CONTRACT / FIXED-TERM CONTRACT

- Salary: 2500 euros /month

- Driving license B mandatory

- Valid driver's license for the use of the provided service vehicle
