CDI NURSE IN EHPAD (F/H)

the job that responds to your personal and professional objectives. From recruitment to integration into your future care team or management, Medical Call takes care of you! Within the team, you will work in pairs with another IDE on alternating hours between 7:30-19:30 and 7:15-15:00
In a welcoming and benevolent setting, you will contribute to the well-being and nursing care of the 69 residents:
- Ensure daily management of nursing care while respecting established protocols
- Participate in developing and following up on individualized care plans for each resident
- Collaborate closely with the medical and paramedical team for optimal accompaniment
- Guarantee application of good health and safety practices within the establishment
- Accompany residents and their families in understanding and managing treatments and administered care
NETSOINS software, and computer skills essential
- Contract: CDI to be filled as of January 2026
- Salary according to Collective Convention 51, with 100% seniority reintegration We are looking for a Nurse for an establishment welcoming elderly people in a family-like atmosphere
- State Nursing Diploma required
- Great listening and communication skills
- Keen sense of organization and rigor
- Ability to work as part of a team in a warm environment
- Empathy and benevolence towards residents
