Nursing Assistant in Nursing Home (F/H)

A dedicated team to the health sector just for you. Within this welcoming establishment housing 70 residents in completely renovated and perfectly equipped premises, you will work with your nursing assistant binomial and within a stable and helpful care team
- Ensure secure and precise medication distribution, according to medical prescriptions.
- Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement individual care plans.
- Conduct regular health status evaluations of residents to adjust necessary care.
- Promote communication with families, offering information and updates on care progress.
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings to continuously improve service quality.
Implication necessary in the follow-up of transmissions - Netsoins software
Scheduling organization:
4-week cycle, 1 WE worked out of 2
Hours: 6h45-16h45 / 9h30-19h30 and 11h30-19h30
- Contract: CDI, full-time to be filled as soon as possible
- Salary according to collective convention 51, rehire rate at 100% We are looking for a dynamic and benevolent State-certified Nursing Assistant to join a modern residence housing 72 residents.
- Excellent communication skills and active listening
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with medical personnel
- Sense of organization and efficient time management
- Adaptability in an ever-evolving healthcare environment
- State-certified Nursing Assistant diploma required for practice
