CDI - GenAI Engineer (Intermediate / Senior)

We are looking for a GenAI Engineer to strengthen our GenAI team in order to develop generative AI applications and optimize our internal operations and improve our product.

You will join the data team (6 people) and collaborate with the product development teams and the ops teams.

Your objectives: develop LLM agents, integrate them into internal tools and continuously optimize them.

On the agenda:

• Development of POCs to identify the potential of applications

• Measurement of performance and optimization of solutions

• Making applications available through the construction of APIs and test interfaces

• Technological watch

Example of agents:

• System to automatically respond to certain customer requests (chatbot, email, voice agents)

• Internal tools to allow our customer support team to quickly access all relevant information to process requests

• Document processing (contracts, quotes, etc.) to automate tasks

Ideally, you have

• 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Software Engineer,

• Perfect mastery of Python,

• Experience in the programmatic use of LLMs (API usage and prompt engineering),

• Knowledge of the state-of-the-art in GenAI applications (RAG, agents,...),

• A strong interest in generative AI.

Bonus if you have:

• Web development experience

• Knowledge of data application/agent building tools (FastAPI, Streamlit, Langchain)

The recruitment process:

1️⃣ First phone interview of 20 to 30 minutes with our recruiter

2️⃣ Interview with Hugo, Head of Data (N+1) and Yann, GenAI Engineer (30 minutes by video call)

3️⃣ Technical interview with 2 members of the Tech team (1 hour 30 minutes by video call)

4️⃣ Meeting with the team at the Data office at the office (30 minutes)
