How would you like to contribute directly to the well-being of residents as a Specialized Educator (M/F) within a medical-social institution? You contribute to the accompaniment and support of individuals with specific needs to promote their autonomy and social integration - Ensure daily accompaniment of people while ensuring their psychological and physical well-being and safety - Develop and implement personalized projects adapted to the needs of accompanied individuals - Coordinate actions with the multidisciplinary team and ensure the implementation of educational protocols - Foster the development of cognitive and relational capacities through appropriate educational activities - Establish and maintain partnerships with different actors to support local development projects.
