CDI COORDINATOR EDUCATOR (M/F)

He/She participates in educational action, in the organization and implementation of support for the people welcomed in order to develop their abilities to socialize, autonomy, integration and insertion, according to their histories and their psychological, emotional, cognitive, social and cultural possibilities.
Under the responsibility of the Head of the Educational Department, he/she coordinates educational activity and works on its organization and support for the educational team.

Individual and collective support:

He/She is the contact person for a group of people welcomed (PA) and has the following missions, in accordance with the orientations and principles defined in the establishment project, for each resident:
- Set up an adapted educational relationship;
- Develop, implement and evaluate the individualized project in connection with the PA, their family and the other professionals concerned of the establishment;
- Design, implement and evaluate the activities meeting the different needs of the PA, in accordance with the objectives aimed for in the individualized project and by associating the whole multidisciplinary team;
- Support each PA in the performance of the acts of daily life in order to promote their autonomy and their integration into social life;
- Ensure the smooth running of activity groups and the rules of social life;
- Ensure their safety;
- Maintain links with families;

Coordination of educational activity:

- Contribute to the continuity of individual and collective support by proposing adjustments to the head of the educational department and by contributing to their implementation;
- Provide support to the educational team;
- Participate in the meetings of the educational team and encourage exchange so that solutions can be found, take notes and record the minutes of these meetings, once it is validated by the head of the educational department, communicate it to the educational team;
- Work in connection with the other coordinators in order to maintain consistency in the actions implemented;
- Develop well-being by organizing consultation and synthesis meetings in connection with the actors concerned, on situations requiring it;

Participation in institutional life:

- Exchange with professionals, jointly evaluate projects, report on their actions and practice to their superiors;
- Write and consult transmissions every working day;
- Develop and nurture a partnership adapted to the needs of the PA;
- Develop professional writings (reports, summaries, etc.) in connection with the educational team;
- Participate in practice analyses and various institutional meetings;
- Get involved in institutional and associative dynamics, participate in working groups, etc...
- Ensure social monitoring;

- Salary: 2500 euros /month depending on the year of graduation and years of experience As a specialized Educator (M/F), you will support people with mental disabilities to promote their autonomy and social integration.

- Minimum 2 years experience in a medico-social establishment required;
- State Diploma of Specialized Educator or equivalent essential;
- Knowledge of ANESM regulations;
- Writing skills;
- Knowledge of disability, mental disorders and autism;
- Ability to analyze situations;
- Sense of initiative;
- Ability to coordinate activities;
- Ability to cope with situations of violence;
