Job description

As part of our growth, we are recruiting a Senior Social Media Consultant. Your role will be to support the agency's clients in defining their online communication strategy, in collaboration with various consultants.

On a daily basis, you will notably manage the following tasks:

  • Daily management of client accounts
  • Global management of client relations
  • Strategic planning management of client accounts with a long-term vision
  • Manage activity reports, both internally and externally
  • Go beyond social profile management and ensure it aligns with the overall strategy and editorial lines
  • Daily management of your team and their tasks, and ensure the development of the skills of the employees under your responsibility by helping them achieve their goals
  • Ensure that all your activities and those of your team comply with processes
  • Active participation in new business within the framework of document production and/or pitches
  • Writing quality reports and presentations for your clients
  • Management of events, schedules, and strategy development
  • Proactive development and planning of creative campaigns for current and prospective clients
  • Conduct required research for new business and campaign planning
  • Management of client and prospect budgets
  • Management of your priorities and those of your team

    • Requirements

    Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in an agency (preferably an interactive or social media agency), with initial management experience

    Passionate about the web world, and particularly about social media

    You possess excellent writing skills, impeccable spelling, are comfortable both in writing and speaking, and are fluent in English

    You are enthusiastic, creative, curious, dynamic, thoughtful, and rigorous

    You enjoy working in a team

    You are proficient with the Google Suite, the Office Pack (specifically Excel and PowerPoint), and IT tools in general
