Ambassador/ess engaged with the brand, you represent Petit Bateau daily to our customers by offering an exceptional and tailored customer experience while embodying our values.

Your main activities will be as follows:

To bring a genuine experience to our clientele through personalized storytelling and make clients and children travel in the Petit Bateau universe
To maintain a deep knowledge of products and collections to present them with care and propose complementary or substitute products if needed
To attract new customers and retain loyalty through the loyalty program
To actively work and collectively develop the physical and omnichannel sales revenue of the store
To ensure the proper application of all procedures (cash register, inventory, receipt of goods etc…)
To guarantee a good visual identity / uniform for the boutique and highlight the merchandising visuals and products, vectors of the image and concept
To contribute to maintaining a harmonious and respectful work environment (cleaning, maintenance, stock management, labeling, etc…)
