CDD - Retail Merchandiser Europe (M/F)

As an extension, Sézane came to life in 2013: the first French fashion brand born online. Then came to enrich this universe: Octobre Éditions for men, Les Composantes, this time dedicated to the art of living, and Petit Sézane for children.

We are looking for the talents of a Retail Merchandiser Europe on a fixed-term contract (CDD) starting now, for a minimum duration of 6 months (M/F) to join our teams. This position is based in Paris (75).

Integrated into the Merchandising department, reporting to the Head of Retail Merchandising Europe, your main missions will be as follows:

• Creation of assortments for our special projects 2027 (pop-up, department store takeover, renovations, press/influencer events): preparation of openings and weekly monitoring to adapt to trends and customer needs, in close collaboration with the architecture, visual merchandising, and supply chain departments.
• Coordination of product selections for our sales and archive projects, in liaison with the supply chain and visual merchandising teams;
• Carrying out ad-hoc analyses of offer performance to implement concrete short or medium-term action plans;
• Interaction with points of sale on a weekly basis for assortment adjustment requests (addition, return requests…);
• Participation in store visits (floor and stock) in order to implement action plans aimed at optimizing customer satisfaction;
• Support for the opening of pop-ups and special projects, through a field presence to support the retail teams.

Requirements

• Graduate of a fashion school or business school with a specialization in fashion, or its university equivalent;
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an equivalent position within a ready-to-wear brand;
• You have strong product sensitivity combined with a pragmatic business eye;
• You are curious, proactive, and have an entrepreneurial spirit;
• You are proficient in Excel and have a strong taste for data analysis, you know how to leverage AI to save time;
• You are very organized and master the management of priorities!
• Fluent English is essential.
