We are looking for the talents of a Senior Sales Assistant to join our retail teams.

Reporting to the Director, your main responsibilities will be:

Ensure a unique customer experience within your apartment:

• Make the customer the priority of the apartment;
• Guarantee a personalized welcome to all our customers and optimal customer service;
• Demonstrate proactivity, expertise, and passion (keys to the experience);
• Guide customers to apartment and web solutions (omnichannel);
• Use the different Sezane & Octobre communication channels to develop your product knowledge;
• Transmit your product knowledge and sales techniques with pedagogy to customers and collaborators;
• Propose constructive recommendations and suggestions to floor managers based on your knowledge, customer needs, your expertise, and the team's knowledge;
• Provide quality concierge service in accordance with relevant procedures.

Be the Floor Manager's representative:

• Have a 360-degree view of the floor to ensure an optimal customer experience;

• Be available to all collaborators through your presence on the floor;
• Motivate and empower teams daily;
• Communicate necessary information for business operations;
• Foster cooperation within the team and between Managers;
• Create group cohesion and mutual support;
• Manage your team by motivating them and creating a positive and harmonious work environment;
• Generate enthusiasm and passion through team activities, morning briefings, and information sharing;
• Train new collaborators;
• Embody your role as a frontline manager by sharing collaborators' concerns with the Floor Manager.

Ensure brand image:

• Be responsible for the teams embodying the brand (Wardrobe/Attitude);
• Ensure the good condition of the apartment;
• Participate in collection implementation and monitor its progress;
• Ensure merchandising is maintained throughout the day;
• Follow fashion trends, conduct competitive intelligence.

Ensure operations and efficiency:

• Plan and organize in-store activity (daily schedule);
• Master Sézane policies, standards, and procedures;
• Apply and enforce operational processes, especially cash register management (opening and closing);
• Manage specific processing procedures (returns, exchanges, reservations);
• Train Collaborators on using cash registers, relevant procedures, and transmit best practices to offer the best customer experience;
• Ensure the safety of people and property;
• Combat shrinkage.

Requirements

• Passionate about retail, you are driven to satisfy your customers with your sense of service and generosity;
• Through your posture and proactivity, you are a conductor on the floor and enjoy guiding your team by example;
• You are skilled at supporting and developing your collaborators to ensure optimal customer service;
• We are looking for an agile person with a sparkling and dynamic personality to successfully carry out all these missions.
