CDD 38H - 6-month duration - ADJOINT Assistant Store Manager in Ready-to-Wear (h/f/x) - Petit Bateau Bruxelles Louise!

We are looking for an ADJOINT Assistant Store Manager (H/F/X) who wants to participate in a new enriching adventure and contribute to the success of this store!

Your main activities will be as follows :

• Co-organize the activity of the point of sale and ensure the good application of Petit Bateau's standards and procedures (planning, briefs, reporting, audit, inventories...) ;

• Ensure customer experience and satisfaction during the respect of the policy and values of the brand by offering a unique and personalized omnichannel customer experience ;

• Ensure the animation and cohesion of the sales team on a daily basis, in accordance with the orientations defined by the store manager ;

• Contribute to piloting and analyzing the point of sale's revenue as well as optimizing commercial performance indicators (conversion rate, average basket, productivity...) ;

• Represent the direction of the boutique in the absence of the Store Manager, facing all its internal and external interlocutors. You are guarantor of the continuity of the application of the strategy.
